O[dy]Neal Steel acquires

         O'Neal Steel Inc. has acquired the assets of Denman & Davis. Founded in 1888, Denman & Davis is the largest independent full line steel service center in the Northeastern US with locations in New Jersey, New York and Rhode Island. Currently, the company offers carbon, alloy, and stainless steel in plate, sheet, bars, structurals and tubing. The company currently employees more than 100 people. Mr David Deinzer president & CEO of Denman & Davis will continue to oversee operations at the three Denman & Davis facilities.
